we have always cared about cleaning and sanitizing the spaces of our rooms, apartments and common areas; We have always used professional alcohol-based and chlorine-based cleansing products, we employ professionals with many years of experience and carry out scrupulous checks to guarantee our guests the achievement of high standards.
We have introduced specific treatments to sanitize environments between one guest and another, eliminate viruses and bacteria, to have a healthier air.
In this specific time, there is a need for reassurance, and it is our firm intention to better protect the hygienic safety of the rooms and equipment.
With this in mind, we share with you some rules that are important to protect your and our health.
The access keys will be specially sanitized before delivery. Please leave them on the table when you check out.
Your room / apartment will be sanitized by competent professionals, with the use of specific certified alcohol-based products; any cleaning during the stay will be carried out in compliance with current regulations.
The linen is washed and sanitized with disinfection treatments at high temperatures.
The check-in procedure will be completed as quickly as possible. Your departure will instead be in self check - out mode by 10.00 am

REGULATION
Arrival and departure
Check in: from 15:00 to 18:00 check out: by 10:00. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in to guarantee any damage and non-compliance with the regulations listed here. In case of arrival after check-in time, a supplement will be charged.
Cancellation
The conditions relating to cancellation and prepayment vary according to the type of accommodation. Enter the dates of your stay and check the conditions of the chosen room.
Children and extra beds
Children are welcome. All children under 2 years are charged € 10 per night (using cots). All other older children or adults are charged € 25 per night (using extra beds- Maximum 1). Any type of extra bed or cot is available upon request and subject to confirmation. Supplements are not included in the total amount and must be paid separately during the stay.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.
To know
Smoking is strictly forbidden in all structures. Penalty of € 300. Room / apartment keys must be left on the table upon check out. In case of lost keys, a penalty of € 30 will be charged. Penalty for unauthorized late check out 40 €. We kindly ask guests to leave the accommodation with the dishes washed and the rubbish thrown in the appropriate bins. In case of neglect, the management reserves the right to charge a penalty of 30 € for extra cleaning.
